Philosophy

San-Gent is the third address of chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre bistronomic concept. Around the bowl and the spoon, the restaurant shares an accessible and relaxed vision of urban gastronomy.

Behind the stoves of his open kitchen, Joël Rammelsberg offers an elegant, creative and committed cuisine, which is based on a balance between the flavors and texture of the garden.

As an advocate for the ecological cause, Joël advocates sustainable cooking based on “zero waste” and therefore limits waste and waste by valuing products in their most complete form.
